Denton (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in 19 forma pauperis in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 20 On July 18, 2025, Plaintiff filed a request for case status regarding the status of his second 21 amended complaint. (ECF No. 19.) The motion is granted by the instant findings and 22 recommendations. Plaintiff’s second amended complaint is currently before the Court for 23 screening. (ECF No. 17.) 24 I.
