17 Plaintiff Raymond H. Denton (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On July 18, 2025, Plaintiff filed a request for case status regarding the status of his second amended complaint. (ECF No. 19.) The motion is granted by the instant findings and recommendations.
