No. 2) 16 17 18 This matter is before the court on an ex parte motion for a temporary restraining order 19 filed on November 12, 2025 by plaintiff Anna M. Murphy, proceeding pro se. (Doc. No. 2.) For 20 the reasons stated below, plaintiff’s ex parte motion for a temporary restraining order will be 21 denied. 22 BACKGROUND 23 On November 12, 2025, plaintiff filed a complaint against defendants Charley D.
