13 Petitioner, [Doc. 21] 14 v. 15 THOMAS GILES, et al., 16 Respondents. 17 18 Petitioner is an immigration detainee proceeding pro se and in propria persona with a 19 petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. The parties consented to the 20 jurisdiction of a United States Magistrate Judge for all further proceedings in this action, 21 including trial and entry of judgment, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 636(c)(1). Accordingly, the matter 22 was reassigned to the undersigned for all further proceedings including trial and entry of 23 judgment. (Doc. 10.) 24 On October 10, 2025, the Court issued an order denying the petition for writ of habeas 25 corpus. (Doc. 19.) On October 14, 2025, Petitioner filed a motion for reconsideration.
