15 16 17 Plaintiff Roderick Washington is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil rights 18 action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On August 11, 2025, the assigned magistrate judge issued 19 findings and recommendations recommending that plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma 20 pauperis be denied pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g) and that plaintiff be required to pay the filing 21 fee in full to proceed with this action. Doc. 4. 22 On September 15, 2025, the Court adopted the findings and recommendations and ordered 23 plaintiff to pay the $405.00 filing fee in full within thirty (30) days. Doc. 5.
