15 Defendants. 16 17 18 Pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. 19 Plaintiff brought nine causes of action against Defendant largely stemming from 20 Plaintiff’s allegations that her religious beliefs precluded her from wearing a mask, 21 which ultimately resulted in her termination from Defendant’s store. For the reasons 22 discussed below, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. 23 BACKGROUND 24 Plaintiff Kelley Sullivan brings the instant action against Defendant Home Depot 25 U.S.A., after she was terminated from her position as a Pro Account Sales Associate at 26 the store’s location in Carmichael, California.
