15 DISTRICT, et al., (Doc. No. 11) 16 Defendant. 17 18 This matter is before the court on defendant Elk Grove Unified School District’s 19 (“defendant EGUSD”) motion to dismiss filed on May 22, 2025. (Doc. No. 11.) Defendant 20 EGUSD’s motion was taken under submission on the papers pursuant to Local Rule 230(g). 21 (Doc. No. 12.)
