The Court previously granted Plaintiff leave to proceed in forma pauperis and screened Plaintiff’s complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1915(e). ECF No. 3. Plaintiff was advised of the deficiencies with his complaint and given 28 days to file an amended complaint. Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint, and the undersigned recommends this action be dismissed for the reasons stated in the prior screening order. I.
