In response to the Court’s findings and 20 recommendations, Plaintiff filed objections. See ECF No. 7. In light of Plaintiff’s objections, the 21 Court will vacate the October 20, 2025, findings recommendations and issue these amended 22 findings and recommendations. 23 24 I.
