17 This matter is before the Court on defendant Alacrity Solutions Group’s motion to dismiss plaintiff Pinnacle Bank’s first amended complaint (“FAC”) for failure to state a claim and improper venue. (ECF Nos. 23, 25.) The parties have consented to Magistrate Judge jurisdiction to conduct all proceedings in the case, including the entry of final judgment. (ECF Nos. 7, 14, 15.) On September 17, 2025, the Court held a hearing via Zoom. Attorney Alexandra Rhim attended for plaintiff and attorneys Christian Wick and Christian Picone attended for defendant.
