17 18 This matter is before the court on Plaintiff Chris Byrd’s motion for a temporary 19 restraining order and preliminary injunction, and request for expedited discovery. (Doc. No. 8.) 20 On November 13, 2025, a hearing was held on Plaintiff’s motion and request. (Doc. No. 19.) 21 Attorney Aaron Crews appeared on behalf of Plaintiff. Attorney Ryan J. Maas appeared on behalf 22 of Defendant John Barbieri.
