The matter was referred to a United States magistrate judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. Bolds alleges that (1) on May 28, 2021, defendant Luevanos used excessive force against him when removing him from a transportation bus, (2) on September 21, 2021, defendants Luevanos, Valles, Lucio, Magana, and Flores used excessive force against him when they used restraints to attempt to transport him to his court hearing, and (3) defendants Lucio, Sosa, Bailey, Rafferty, and Espericueta retaliated against him after he indicated his…
