The matter was referred to 20 a United States magistrate judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. Bolds 21 alleges that (1) on May 28, 2021, defendant Luevanos used excessive force against him when 22 removing him from a transportation bus, (2) on September 21, 2021, defendants Luevanos, 23 Valles, Lucio, Magana, and Flores used excessive force against him when they used restraints to 24 attempt to transport him to his court hearing, and (3) defendants Lucio, Sosa, Bailey, Rafferty, 25 and Espericueta retaliated against him after he indicated his…
