No. 31, “Motion”). Plaintiff files the 19 Motion pursuant to Rule 12(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and seeks to strike all of 20 Defendant’s affirmative defenses raised in his Answer to Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint. 21 (See id.). On October 22, 2025, Defendant filed an Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion. (Doc. No. 22 33, “Opposition”). Plaintiff filed a Reply to Defendant’s Opposition on November 12, 2025. 23 (Doc.
