14 Defendant. 15 Pending before the Court is Defendant Primal Nutrition, LLC’s (“Primal”) motion to dismiss. The Court held a hearing on the matter on November 12, 2025. Counsel Craig W. Straub appeared for Plaintiff, and counsel Alexander Smith appeared for Defendant. Having considered the moving papers, as well as the Court’s file, the Court issues the following order granting Defendant’s motion to dismiss, with leave to amend. I.
