14 Defendant. 15 16 Pending before the Court is Defendant Primal Nutrition, LLC’s (“Primal”) motion to 17 dismiss. The Court held a hearing on the matter on November 12, 2025. Counsel Craig W. 18 Straub appeared for Plaintiff, and counsel Alexander Smith appeared for Defendant.
