(Doc. 1 at 4-6). Pending before the Court is Defendants’ motion to stay the proceedings until the conclusion of a criminal case arising out of the same incident: People v. Hamilton, Superior Court of California, County of Kern, Case No. MM106261A. (Doc. 19).
