Brandstatt (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in 20 forma pauperis in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 21 On August 27, 2025, the Court screened the first amended complaint and found that it 22 failed to state any claim upon which relief may be granted. (ECF No. 30.)
