14 FOURTEEN (14) DAY DEADLINE 15 Plaintiff Charmar Williams (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner and is proceeding pro se and in 16 forma pauperis in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This case was recently 17 reassigned to the undersigned. The Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint and the first amended 18 complaint, and Plaintiff was granted leave to amend. Plaintiff’s second amended complaint is 19 currently before the Court for screening. (ECF No. 14.) 20
