14 STATE OF CALIFORNIA, et al., (Doc. 15) 15 Defendants. 16 17 On February 27, 2025, the Court ordered Plaintiff to pay the filing fee for this action 18 within 30 days. (Doc. 11.) Despite the Court’s warning that failure to comply with the order 19 would result in dismissal (id. at 3), Plaintiff failed to pay the required filing fees. Plaintiff instead 20 objected to the Court’s order, asserting that she received it late because “CDCR is circumventing 21 [Plaintiff’s] due process rights.” (Doc. 12.) Plaintiff also stated that she is “in dispute with two 22 law firms that are supposed to be representing her and should have been doing so in this matter.” 23 (Id.)
