(Doc. 2) 16 17 18 Plaintiff Angelique Dawn Mott (“Plaintiff”) initiated this action with the filing of a 19 complaint on November 19, 2025, seeking review of the final decision of the Commissioner of 20 Social Security denying disability benefits. (Doc. 1). Plaintiff did not pay the filing fee and instead 21 filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis (or “IFP”) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. (Doc. 22 2).
