Following screening and voluntary dismissal of non-cognizable claims, Plaintiff’s SAC 24 proceeds on his Eighth Amendment excessive force claims against Defendants John Doe 1 and 25 John Doe 2 (“Doe Defendants”) in their individual capacities.
