17 18 19 This matter is before the court on plaintiff’s motion to proceed pseudonymously, 20 defendant El Dorado County Office of Education’s (“defendant EDCOE”) motion to dismiss, and 21 plaintiff’s request for leave to file a sur-reply. (Doc. Nos. 14, 17, 28.) On May 28, 2025, 22 defendant EDCOE’s motion to dismiss was taken under submission on the papers pursuant to 23 Local Rule 230(g). (Doc. No. 24.)
