As discussed below, plaintiff’s motion is denied. I. BACKGROUND Plaintiff’s complaint was filed on June 13, 2025. On July 9, 2025, plaintiff’s complaint was screened, and plaintiff was granted leave to proceed with his Eighth Amendment excessive force claims against defendants A. Scott, J. Elmore, and A. Chavez, or he could elect to amend his complaint to attempt to state cognizable deliberate indifference claims against unidentified medical staff. (ECF No. 5.)
