INTRODUCTION 18 On October 20, 2025, Plaintiff FFB Bank (“Plaintiff”) filed a motion for default judgment 19 against Defendants Credit Mojo LLC (“Credit Mojo”), and Rondi R. Lambeth (collectively 20 “Defendants”). (Doc. 23.) No opposition to Plaintiff’s motion was filed.
