18 19 Plaintiff Pearline (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis 20 in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint, and 21 Plaintiff was granted leave to amend. Plaintiff’s first amended complaint is currently before this 22 Court for screening. (ECF No. 11.) 23 I.
