16 17 Plaintiff Bertha Fonseca (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the 18 Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denying her application for 19 disability benefits under the Social Security Act (“SSA” or “Act”). (Doc. 1). The matter is before 20 the Court on the Administrative Record (Doc. 12, hereinafter “AR”) and the parties’ briefs (Docs. 21 17, 18), which were submitted without oral argument.
