(“PIV”). (See generally Docs. 32, 33, 34, 35, 19 36.) Pursuant to Rule 72 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, MNI seeks a review of the 20 magistrate judge’s order granting PIV’s motion to compel discovery.1 (Doc. 36.)
