16 On November 3, 2025, the Court construed the parties’ inaction, and previous stipulations, 17 as a notice of settlement, vacated all pending dates, and ordered the parties to file dispositional 18 documents by November 24, 2025. (ECF No. 30; see ECF Nos. 24, 26, 28.) That deadline has 19 passed, and neither party has filed dispositional documents or a request for an extension supported 20 by good cause. 21 Local Rule 110 provides that “[f]ailure of counsel or of a party to comply with these Rules 22 or with any order of the Court may be grounds for imposition by the Court of any and all sanctions 23 . . . within the inherent power of the Court.” The Court has the inherent…
