CAMPOSE, 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action pursuant to 18 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Pending before the Court is Defendant’s motion for summary judgment. See 19 ECF No. 44. Plaintiff has filed an opposition, see ECF No. 46, and Defendant has filed a reply, 20 see ECF No. 48. Also before the Court is Defendant’s motion for terminating sanctions. See 21 ECF No. 49. Plaintiff has filed an opposition, see ECF No. 50, and Defendant has filed a reply, 22 see ECF No. 51. For the reasons discussed below, the Court finds that Defendant’s motion for 23 summary judgment is dispositive of the case on the merits.
