15 Defendants. THIRTY (30) DAY DEADLINE 16 17 Plaintiff Lloyd R. Tillet (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma 18 pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The complaint has not yet been 19 screened. 20 On August 22, 2025, Plaintiff filed a motion to correct named defendants, which the Court 21 construes as a motion to amend the complaint. (ECF No. 5.) Plaintiff states that upon 22 information recently received, he requests substitution of Sgt. Holland and Correctional Officer L. 23 Martinez for currently named Defendant Huddson, because there is no such person as Huddson. 24 These names are necessary to effect proper service.
