Victoria Yeager 20 (“Yeager”) was granted leave to intervene as a plaintiff in this matter, and is also proceeding pro 21 se, but has filed nothing since being granted permission to intervene. Defendant filed a motion to 22 dismiss (ECF No. 6), which is unopposed. The motion to dismiss was submitted on the briefs 23 (ECF No. 7) and the Court now recommends the motion be granted. 24 I.
