FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS 14 PLESHUK, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a former state prisoner temporarily in county custody proceeding without 18 counsel with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On August 4, 2025, defendant 19 Pleshchuk filed a motion to dismiss. (ECF No. 66.) On August 18, 2025, defendant Powell filed 20 a motion to dismiss. (ECF No. 68.) Local Rule 230(l) governs briefing in prisoner actions. 21 On October 24, 2025, plaintiff was granted one final extension of time to file an 22 opposition or a statement of non-opposition to the pending motions within thirty days.
