Fregia is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this 19 civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 20 Plaintiff has filed objections to four pretrial rulings, which the Court construes as motions 21 under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72(a) for reconsideration of the magistrate judge’s non- 22 dispositive orders.
