19 I. BACKGROUND 20 The undersigned issued a temporary stay of these proceedings on January 14, 2025. (Doc. 21 68.) Specifically, the action was stayed pending the Court’s determination of the following 22 motions: 23 1. Plaintiff’s motion to compel (Doc. 48); 24 2. Defendants’ motion for summary judgment (Doc. 50); and 25 3.
