18 Plaintiff Cornell E. Davis (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. On September 26, 2025, the Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint and granted him leave to file a first amended complaint within thirty days after service. (ECF No. 12.)
