RELEVANT BACKGROUND 20 On September 25, 2025, previously assigned Magistrate Judge Gary S. Austin issued his 21 Order Directing Parties to Inform Court Whether They Wish to Participate in Court’s Early 22 Alternative Dispute Resolution Program; Parties’ Notice Regarding Same Due in Seven Days. 23 (Doc. 36.)
