14-DAY OBJECTION PERIOD 17 18 Background 19 Plaintiff William Redick (“Plaintiff”) initiated this action with the filing of a complaint on 20 July 29, 2025. (Doc. 1). On October 22, 2025, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause (“OSC”) 21 in writing why sanctions should not be imposed for Plaintiff’s failure to prosecute, failure to serve 22 the summons and complaint in a timely manner, failure to promptly file proof of service, and 23 failure to timely file a scheduling report.
