14-DAY OBJECTION PERIOD 17 Background Plaintiff William Redick (“Plaintiff”) initiated this action with the filing of a complaint on July 29, 2025. (Doc. 1). On October 22, 2025, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause (“OSC”) in writing why sanctions should not be imposed for Plaintiff’s failure to prosecute, failure to serve the summons and complaint in a timely manner, failure to promptly file proof of service, and failure to timely file a scheduling report.
