Plaintiffs allege that Defendants violated the Sherman Antitrust Act, the California Cartwright Act, and engaged in tortious interference with existing contracts under California and New Jersey law. Defendants move to dismiss on the grounds that Plaintiffs failed to allege antitrust standing and failed to plausibly allege facts supporting their tortious interference with contracts claims.
