14 Defendant. 15 16 Plaintiff seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security 17 (“Commissioner”), denying her application for disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) under Title 18 II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401-34. The action has been referred to the undersigned 19 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b) and Local Rule 302(c)(15). For the reasons set forth below, the 20 undersigned recommends that Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 11) be denied, 21 and Defendant’s cross-motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 13) be granted. 22 BACKGROUND 23 I.
