ORDER AND 14 FELIPE FERNANDEZ, et al., FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, proceeding in this action pro se and in forma pauperis, filed the complaint in this 18 action on August 22, 2025. On September 24, 2025, the court found that plaintiff stated 19 cognizable claims for purposes of screening and directed plaintiff to submit service documents for 20 two defendants to the United States Marshal Service (USMS) and file a declaration with the 21 court. 22 On November 6, 2025, the court ordered plaintiff to submit the required service 23 documents to the USM and the court within fourteen days or face dismissal of this action. 24 Plaintiff has not submitted the service documents or shown good cause for failing to do so; he has 25 not filed anything in this action since the complaint.
