Plaintiff filed an 21 opposition on November 17, 2025, and Defendants filed a reply on December 1, 2025. 22 I. 23 BACKGROUND 24 This action was filed on March 9, 2023 (ECF No. 1), and the operative First Amended 25 Complaint was filed on April 24, 2023.
