17 Plaintiff, BMO Bank N.A., formerly known as BMO Harris Bank N.A., moves the court for default judgment against the defendants, Dealers Choice Transporter, Inc., a California corporation, and Bhupinder Gill, an individual. (ECF No. 10.) By this motion, plaintiff seeks a default judgment against defendants in the total amount of $454,118.25. (Id. at 11.) Defendants have not answered the complaint or otherwise appeared in this action. Thus, the motion for default judgment is unopposed. As set forth below, the undersigned recommends the motion be granted and default judgment be entered for the sum of $453,468.25. I.
