This case was assigned to the undersigned under the Court’s automated case assignment plan. See Local Rules, Appendix A, subsection (m). On November 7, 2024, plaintiffs filed a petition for writ of mandamus. (ECF No. 1.) Plaintiffs have taken no further action. On August 21, 2025, the Court issued a minute order, ordering plaintiffs to file a status report updating the Court on the status of this case and ordering plaintiffs to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute.
