The action was accordingly referred to the undersigned for pretrial matters by Eastern District of California (“Local Rule”) 302(c)(21). Plaintiff filed his Complaint on June 24, 2024. (ECF No. 1.) On May 21, 2025, the court issued an order granting defendants Katherine Carlson and Gavin Newsom’s motions to dismiss (ECF Nos. 11, 12) and giving plaintiff thirty (30) days to file an amended complaint. (ECF No. 29.) This order was served on plaintiff. However, on June 2, 2025, the mail was returned as undeliverable. (See Docket.) On October 10, 2025, the Court ordered plaintiff to show cause for his failure to keep the Court apprised of his current address. (ECF No. 30.) Plaintiff was also warned that failure to respond…
