Nos. 46, 47) 16 This matter came before the court on November 17, 2025 for a hearing on plaintiffs’ unopposed motions for final approval of a class action settlement and for an award of attorneys’ fees, costs, and enhancement payments for plaintiffs as class representatives. (Doc. Nos. 46, 47.) Attorneys Jill Vecchi and Douglas Han appeared on behalf of plaintiffs and the putative class. Attorney Alex Spjute appeared on behalf of defendant. For the reasons set forth below, the court will grant final approval of the class action settlement and will also grant the motion for attorneys’ fees, costs, and an enhancement payment to plaintiffs.
