(ECF No. 1.) On July 1, 2025, plaintiff filed a first amended complaint. (ECF No. 8.) Plaintiff requested an extension of time to serve defendants on July 23, 2025 (ECF No. 12), which the Court granted (ECF No. 13). On November 6, 2025, plaintiff filed a motion to consolidate cases, which is now before the Court. (ECF No. 16.) For the reasons that follow, the Court recommends denying plaintiff’s request to consolidate cases, but recommends relating the cases. I.
