ECF Docket No. (“Dkt.”) 1-1. Defendant removed the matter to this Court nearly one year later, on May 27, 2025. Plaintiff now moves to remand to state court, arguing that Defendant’s removal was untimely. Dkt. 14. For the reasons stated below, the motion is GRANTED. II.
