17 Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Pending before the Court is Defendants’ unopposed motion to stay proceedings. See ECF No. 33. Plaintiff has filed parallel lawsuits arising from a cell extraction occurring on June 4, 2022. In addition to the instant federal action, Plaintiff filed a case in the Sacramento County Superior Court alleging the same facts and naming the same defendants. See Hill v.
