16 This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion to transfer venue filed on May 30, 2025. (Doc. No. 10.) On June 2, 2025, the pending motion was taken under submission. (Doc. No. 11.) For the reasons explained below, defendant’s motion to transfer venue will be granted. BACKGROUND On September 18, 2024, plaintiff Daniel Nash filed this action in Placer County Superior Court against his employer, defendant Honeywell International Inc. (Doc. No. 3 at 5.) On October 25, 2024, defendant removed the action to this federal court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332, and 1441, on the grounds that diversity jurisdiction exists. (Doc. No. 1.)
