I. BACKGROUND
On October 16, 2020, Plaintiffs purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 (the “Vehicle”) manufactured by GM. (Complaint (Docket No. 1-1) ¶¶ 6, 9). In connection with the purchase, Plaintiffs received various warranties. (Id. ¶ 11). Following the purchase, Plaintiffs allege that defects manifested in the Vehicle, including engine, exhaust system, and transmission defects. (Id. ¶ 12).
