19 Plaintiff George Lee Cole Jr., is a state parolee proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in 20 this civil rights lawsuit filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (ECF Nos. 1, 24). 21 On October 6, 2025, the Court’s order Reassigning a Magistrate Judge was returned as 22 undeliverable, indicating that Plaintiff was no longer at the address he had listed following his 23 parole release from Wasco State Prison.
