Plaintiff filed the 17 complaint commencing this action on February 8, 2021. (ECF No. 1). This case proceeds on 18 Plaintiff’s Eighth Amendment claims for excessive force against Defendant Oaks, failure to 19 protect against Defendant Pascoe, sexual assault against Oaks, and deliberate indifference to 20 serious medical needs against Defendants Oaks, Pascoe, Riddle, Beer, Garcia, and Cubos.
